Please note that lash refill appointments may only be conducted if our lash artist has applied your initial full set. If she has not, please book a removal and full lash set appointment so we can begin your lash journey together.
Additionally, if at-home cleaning & care of your current lashes has been poor, then a lash removal and a full set will be necessary – not a refill. Examples include: exceptionally dirty lashes with excessive makeup, oil/dead skin build up, lashes are singed and or if the natural lash line appears compromised (ex gapping or lots of baby lashes).
